Overview
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Fine Art Prints/ Framed Fine Art Prints and any custom order are not eligible for return due to the Due to the Print on Demand nature of the goods. We also do not accept returns on products that are sanitary goods, such as Head buffs.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Sale items
- Any item more than 48hrs after delivery without notification
Situations where refunds may be granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons due to our error and notified within 48hours of delivery
- Any item where an order was placed and production has not yet begun or stocked product has not been shipped
Situations where refunds may not be granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that was damaged/ missing parts but Caitlin Grace Photo was not notified within 48hrs of delivery
- Any item not lost/ reported missing where it has been left at unaccompanied at designated address and/ or signed for.
- Delays due to postal carrier service, material shortages or production delays.
- Change of mind once production has commenced or product has been shipped
Refund/ Replacement/ Exchange
To assess your return, we require:
- receipt or proof of purchase.
- images / videos of damage/ missing/ defective parts
- In some instances we may require return of product to assess for refund
Once your return request is received and product inspected, we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved you may be offered a refund or replacement/ store voucher at our discretion
Late or missing refunds
Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping returns
To return your product, contact caitlingracephoto@gmail.com to receive the mailing address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
